1. Who we are
Lobby is an AI-powered messaging assistant operated by SunLakes Ai LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("SunLakes," "we," "us," or "our"). Lobby helps businesses respond to customer messages on their Facebook Pages and on embedded chat widgets on their websites.
This privacy policy explains what information we collect when you interact with a Lobby-powered chatbot, how we use that information, and what rights you have over it.

2. What this policy covers
This policy covers the Lobby service: the AI chatbot you may interact with on a business's Facebook Page (via Facebook Messenger) or on a business's website (via the Lobby chat widget).
This policy does not cover Facebook itself, the business that operates the Page you are messaging, or any third-party service that is not part of Lobby. Each of those parties has its own privacy practices.
3. Information we collect
When you send a message to a Lobby-powered chatbot, we collect:
- The content of your messages. The words you type so the assistant can respond.
- Your identifier on the platform. On Facebook Messenger, this is a Page-Scoped User ID (PSID) issued by Facebook. The PSID is unique to you and to that specific Page; it cannot be used to identify you on other Pages or websites. On the website widget, this is an anonymous session identifier.
- Timestamps. When messages were sent and received.
- Conversation state. A short history of your recent messages with that specific business so the assistant can respond in context.
- Diagnostic information. Basic technical information needed to operate the service, such as whether a message was delivered successfully.
We do not collect your email address, phone number, payment information, browsing history outside the chat widget, or location data through Lobby itself.
If a business asks you to share personal information through the chat (for example, your name to schedule an appointment), that information becomes part of the conversation. Be thoughtful about what you share. The business is responsible for how it uses information you provide directly to them.
4. How we use your information
We use the information described above only to:
- Respond to your messages in real time
- Provide context to the AI so it can give relevant answers
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Lobby service
- Comply with our legal obligations
- Detect and prevent abuse
We do not sell your information. We do not use your messages to train third-party AI models. We do not share your messages with advertisers.
5. Who we share information with
We share information only with parties that help us operate Lobby:
- Anthropic, PBC. We use Anthropic's Claude AI to generate responses. Your message is sent to Anthropic's API to produce a reply. Anthropic does not retain message content for training under their commercial API terms.
- Cloud infrastructure providers. We use Railway and other commodity cloud services to host Lobby. These providers process traffic but do not access message content as a normal course of business.
- Microsoft Graph (where applicable). When a conversation requires escalation to a human at the operating business, we may send a notification email through Microsoft Graph. Only the information needed for that handoff is sent.
- Meta Platforms, Inc. Facebook Messenger conversations pass through Meta's infrastructure. Meta has its own privacy practices, which you can review at facebook.com/privacy.
We do not share your information with any other third party except when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SunLakes, our users, or others.
6. How long we keep your information
- Active conversation state. Up to 90 days after your last message in that conversation.
- Diagnostic logs. Up to 30 days, then automatically deleted.
- Information retained for legal reasons. We may keep certain information longer if required by applicable law (for example, to respond to a subpoena).
You can request earlier deletion at any time. See Section 8.
7. Children
Lobby is intended for use by adults and by businesses interacting with their customers. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has interacted with Lobby, contact us at info@sunlakes.ai and we will delete the information.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the information we have about your interactions with Lobby
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete your information
- Object to how we use your information
- Withdraw consent for future processing
To exercise any of these rights, email info@sunlakes.ai from the email address you want associated with the request, or include enough information for us to locate your records (for example, the name of the Facebook Page you messaged and an approximate date).
We will respond within 30 days.
If you used Lobby through Facebook Messenger, you can also request data deletion through Facebook directly. Go to Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites → find "Lobby" or "SunLakes Ai" → request data removal. We receive these requests automatically and process them within 30 days.
9. Security
We protect your information using standard security practices, including:
- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Encryption at rest for stored conversation state
- Access controls limiting who at SunLakes can view operational data
- Regular security reviews
No system is perfectly secure. If we discover a security incident affecting your information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
10. International users
SunLakes Ai LLC is based in the United States. If you use Lobby from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States. By using Lobby, you consent to this transfer.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws that grant you additional rights, those rights apply to you and you may exercise them by contacting info@sunlakes.ai.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, post a notice on sunlakes.ai. Continued use of Lobby after a change means you accept the updated policy.
